Luton Hoo
Hotel and Spa

Elite Hotels and Cardy Construction have collaborated on the restoration of many fine stately homes over the years but the multi million pound facelift of Luton Hoo is their greatest achievement yet.

This 18th century mansion and its 1,064-acre estate boasts 144 bedrooms and suites, a spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course and fishing and boating on the 50-acre lake. For our skilled tradesmen and workforce, no strangers to fine craftsmanship, this project has been a unique, once in a life time opportunity.

Luton Hoo now boasts a stunning 18-hole championship quality Golf course. The newly opened hotel, spa and golf facility has been fully refurbished for client Elite Hotels by main contractor Cardy Construction. The complete course, which is incorporated into the grade one listed Capability Brown landscape within the 1,000 acre estate just outside Luton, has been fully designed and built to a MASS Design.

"This mansion, literally crumbling after years of neglect, has been transformed. We are delighted to recognise how skilled and capable our workforce are when they work together on a project of this magnitude". Managing Director - Stuart Gremo
